     Thank you for visiting the website and reviewing our Privacy Policy Statement. Karen E. Engebretsen, PsyD, LLC is a privately held corporation. Both Karen E. Engebretsen, PsyD, LLC and are owned by Dr. Karen E. Engebretsen-Stopczynski.  Dr. Karen E. Engebretsen-Stopczynski and Karen E. Engebretsen, PsyD, LLC do not have affiliations with any other agencies.

     Application forms downloaded online will be treated in the same manner as an application form obtained directly from Karen E. Engebretsen, PsyD, LLC practice guidelines. They will remain private unless this agency is required to divulge certain information in response to a warrant, subpoena, or other court order.

      In order to provide our services and products, we may collect or receive information from our viewers, which may also be known as "clients," "patients," or "customers."  This information may include location data, IP address, context, gender, age, other demographic information, device data such as mobile identifiers, carrier network information, the mobile website or mobile app used. We may also collect information about how consumers cross reference and request psychological services following the purchase of books and/or other media provided on this website. The requests we receive may consist of personally identifiable information (PII), non-personally identifiable information (NPII) or both. While we may receive personal information, we will not attempt to identify the individual consumer with the information they are associated with.


 Use of PayPal:

     To use the PayPal Services, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make payments through the PayPal Services, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. We also ask you to choose two different security questions to answer (such as your city of birth or your pet's name). This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new password if you forget or lose your existing password, protect you against credit card fraud and current account fraud, and contact you should the need arise in administering your account or the PayPal Services.

     When you access PayPal using a mobile device (e.g. a smartphone), we may additionally collect and store device sign-on data (including device ID) and geo-location data in order to provide our services.

     If you use certain functionalities provided by us (such as the PayPal POS Functionality available in your mobile app) we may ask you to upload a picture of you in order to provide these specific services. The type and amount of information provided is determined solely by our publisher and that which is necessary to provide our services and products.
